What lines can Xeomin soften?
Tell us which lines bother you and how much facial movement you want to maintain. We’ll help you explore suitable treatment options during your consultation.
A leaner formula. A plan built around you.
Xeomin is incobotulinumtoxinA, a botulinum toxin type A used to soften expression lines. Its formulation is free of complexing proteins, but that alone does not guarantee a better result than another brand.
Your anatomy, previous treatment response and goals guide your plan at MarSha MedSpa.

Questions before you book?
Xeomin is incobotulinumtoxinA, a botulinum toxin type A. Like Botox and Dysport, it relaxes targeted muscles. It is made without complexing proteins; that difference alone does not guarantee safer, stronger or longer-lasting results.
Dose depends on your areas and anatomy. Labeled doses include 20 units for frown lines, 24 for crow’s feet, or 40 for forehead and frown lines together. Xeomin units cannot be converted into Botox or Dysport units.
Early improvement may begin within 4–7 days, with noticeable improvement developing over the first month. Your timing can vary; avoid judging the result immediately after treatment.
Results can last up to about four months and fade gradually. Your response guides maintenance. Repeat Xeomin treatment should not be given more frequently than every three months.
Bruising, swelling, discomfort or headache may occur, and eyelid or brow drooping is possible. Most people resume daily activities, but follow aftercare guidance and allow a buffer before important events.
MarSha MedSpa is self-pay. Your assessment guides the treatment plan and any personalized quotation. Xperience points are accepted for eligible Xeomin treatments. Call (919) 747-9733 or Contact Us to arrange your visit.
