Questions before you book?
It is a plan pairing Genius RF microneedling with the ULTRA 1927 nm fractional laser. Genius uses fine needles to deliver RF into selected skin depths; ULTRA treats closer to the surface. The aim is to address suitable texture, mild laxity and tone concerns together.
Not necessarily. A single procedure may fit your main concern, skin tolerance or recovery needs. Combining devices is not proof of a better result for everyone. Your provider explains why both are proposed and what the added benefit, risk and recovery may involve.
Yes. MarSha performs Genius RF microneedling first, followed by the more superficial ULTRA treatment during the same TotalSkin visit; suitability and settings remain individual.
Redness, swelling, pinpoint bleeding, roughness or flaking may occur. Burns, infection, lasting pigment changes and scarring are possible; RF microneedling has also been linked to fat loss and nerve injury. Non-ablative laser does not mean an untouched skin surface. Follow the combined care plan and report unexpected symptoms promptly.
Tone or surface texture may change earlier, while collagen-related improvement can develop over months. The number and spacing of treatments depend on your starting concerns, settings, healing and response. Maintenance may be considered, but no fixed course, permanent result or surgical-level lift is promised.
